Cisco Slideshow from ART from the ashes on Vimeo.

On November 15th 2007, Cisco Brothers’ South Central Los Angeles furniture warehouse was destroyed by fire. In the months that followed, a collective of independent artists assembled by ART from the ashes created one of a kind works of art from materials salvaged at the fire sire location. Business Owner, Cisco Pinedo inspired by the notion that something positive might come from the destruction chose to donate proceeds from the sale of art to M.E.T.A. a Los Angeles non-profit that provides mentorship programs for Hispanic youth in Southern California.
